6. Don’t be afraid of the price tag!
Every piece doesn’t have to be a fine antique. Some of my favorite items are flea market finds purchased on a budget. However if you are looking to invest in your first nice vintage piece, I would recommend an antique chest. They are timeless and work in numerous rooms throughout a home.
